Throughout my years in mental health therapy, I’ve seen people struggle and not be able to get the services they need either due to their work schedule, lack of insurance, inability to get to the office, affordability, or combination of all four. As a highly-skilled licensed therapist, my services would typically range from $150 to $250 a session. However, my company allows you a package of three 50-minutes sessions for a total of $150 for individuals. I also have affordable rates for couples therapy (three 60-minute sessions for $200) and parent coaching (three 30-minute sessions for $100). I am able to keep my costs at this price point because I don't have an office lease payment, I don't spend money on marketing, I don't take credit cards so I have no credit card processing fees, and I offer sessions in packages of 3 at a time. My mission is to make quality mental healthcare accessible to as many as possible. This model doesn't provide access for everyone, but it provides access to the average individual or family who simply cannot afford $150 per session and also want quality mental health care.
